In recognition of our Fleet’s advancement to the max level of 85, we will hold a special series of Fleet Events we title our Fleet Event Campaign.
 
Much like the game’s Event Campaigns, ours will consist of a series of events held over time, each with its own reward, culminating in a final grand prize as well.
 
 

Here’s how it will work:
 

  • This is open to Fleet Members only, and Fleet Admiralty (any Gamertag with a character Rank 4+) are not eligible, because they are going to help run it
  •  

  • We will begin when the fleet level reaches 85. We should hit this mid-summer or so, but if it is sooner, we will begin sooner! That means more weeks, so more prizes!
  •  

  • You will be asked to perform some scavenger-hunt-like task, for example (and this is not one of them): Send a screenshot of your ship orbiting ESD to a specific Gamertag
  •  

  • Each Friday at 8pm Eastern, there will be an Xbox Club post with details on what to do. Failure to follow the instructions exactly will result in your entry being invalid. We will not notify you of this. Take heed.
  •  

  • You will have 24 hours to submit your entry, until Saturday at 8pm Eastern.
  •  

  • You are allowed one entry each week. If that entry is valid and correct, it will earn you one “entry” in the lottery for that week’s prize. The first to submit a valid, correct entry will earn two “entries” in the lottery (slightly improving their odds of winning, odds depend on the number of entries).
  •  

  • Saturday after 8pm (roughly at 8pm, give us a break), we will “draw” the winner. We will attempt to contact the winner in Fleet Chat and Xbox chat/message. You will have 15 min to claim your prize. If you’re in a TFO or something, that’s cool, just let us know, but if no one responds within 15 minutes, we will remove the entries for that individual and draw a new random winner. This process will repeat until a winner claims the prize. We MAY have multiple prizes, that is TBD and may vary week to week. No promises there.
  •  

  • We reserve the right to mess this up a little bit, or change things at any time. Remember, your fleet leadership is 100 percent volunteer and sometimes we make mistakes, so it may go sideways. We will try our best to not do that, though.
  •  

  • The Grand Prize will be a 100 percent off T6 coupon! This will be awarded differently than the weekly prizes. We will add all the valid, correct entries from all the weeks together, and make a random pick from that list. We will include the extra entries for those that answered first each week, so the more weeks you have valid entries (even better if you are first that week), the better your chance of the Grand Prize! Example: If Billy got 4 weeks of entries, but only one week he was first, he will have 5 total entries for the Grand Prize (2+1+1+1).
  •  

  • The Grand Price drawing will be held around the date of our Fleet Founding Anniversary. Do you know when that is? 😉 We will announce the actual date in advance, but it is not a set date as of this posting.
  •  

  • Lastly, we reserve the right to ignore or change any and all of these guidelines/rules as needed or seen fit by the Admiralty. Real life can tend to get in the way and what not. We will try to be as fair as possible, but understand that our time is limited and all volunteer. It’s free stuff, people. Be kind to your Admiralty. 🙂
