What it means to be a Mentee in the fleet:
You are welcome, but restricted. When new recruits join the fleet, they will be Mentees. This level of membership affords only the basic access to fleet resources. A member may remain at this level as long as they desire. Not much is expected, and not much is given. Still, they can be social and participate with other members freely, and have access to the Fleet Holdings.
Promotion to Full Member is reserved for individuals that have demonstrated desirable traits such as learning the game, performing better, and social participation. Promotions are granted by the Medical Department after review. Seek out a SciMed Admiral and request a Promotion Review to begin this process.
